Monika Kucharska is a Polish illustrator based in Germany. She has been creating illustrations for children since 2019, working with Polish, German, and US publishers.
She graduated from an arts-focused high school with a specialization in woodcarving and holds degrees from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków.
Her everyday tools include pencils, Procreate, and Photoshop, and she is passionate about designing characters full of personality. While working, she is always accompanied by a good podcast or an audiobook.
Monika calls herself a “child of the forest” , she loves birdwatching and being in nature.
